UCLA孤独量表对小耳畸形患者的心理分析及临床应用

目的：采用UCLA孤独量表对小耳畸形患者进行心理评分，寻找患者适合手术的最佳年龄，在临床上有指导意义。方法：按年龄段将患者分为三个组，分别进行心理评分，统计学分析，总结出最佳手术年龄段。结果：患者年龄越小，心理状态越好，行外耳再造术后身心恢复越佳。结论：低龄患者对自己外观并不重视，造成的心理影响就越小，手术后外型与正常人差别不大或无差别，术后心理恢复快，不会留下心理创伤。相反，患者年龄越大对自己外观就越重视，产生的负面心理影响也越大，即使做完手术，长时间形成的孤独性格也难以消除。

Psychological analysis and clinical application of UCLA loneliness scale on microtia patients

Objective We used UCLA Loneliness Scale to assess the microtia patients＂ psychological scores, which has clinical guidance. Methods We divided the patients into three groups according to age, assessed the psychological score, analysis the statistical data,summed up the best surgical ages. Results The more youth, the better mental status and better physical and psychological recovery after the surgery. Conclusions The Young patients doesn＇t attach to his own appearance very much which bring spontaneously the less affects on psychology, the better results on both physiology and psychology after the reconstructive surgery. In contrast, the elderly pay more attention about their unusual appearance on ear which brings lonely feeling so long time,therefore they couldn＇t change their lonely character even if the surgery done and they looks like normal with others.
