腋窝切口胸肌筋膜后间隙假体隆乳术

目的：探讨经腋窝入路胸肌筋膜后间隙假体置入隆乳术的方法和效果。方法：选取2008年1月～2009年9月笔者收治的13例小乳症患者，经腋窝切口，胸肌筋膜深面分离腔隙，将硅凝胶乳房假体置入腔隙内，随访期限为6～14个月。结果：在随访期内，除1例患者双侧乳房部轻度不对称外，其它病例乳房外形好，所有乳房均为BakerI级和BakerII级；腋部瘢痕不明显；未见假体扭曲和假体边缘显现；无血肿、感染等并发症发生。结论：经腋窝胸肌筋膜后间隙隆乳术手术可以取得较好的效果。

Transaxillary breast augmentation under subfascial plane

Objective To explore the methods and results of Transaxillary breast augmentation under subfascial plane. Methods Select January 2008 to September 2009, the author of the 13 cases of patients with small breast disease,silicon breast implants are placed under the pectoralis fascial plane through the transaxillary incision.The follow-up period lasts 6 to 14 months. Results Satisfactory breast shapes were achieved with no implant distortion,invisible implant edge,or hematoma and infection,besides breasts asymmetry low-grade lightly in one case during the follow- up period. Conclusion Satisfactory results can be achieved with Transaxillarybreast augmentation under subfascial plane.
