上颌尖牙埋伏阻生的正畸治疗

目的:探讨上颌尖牙埋伏阻生的正畸治疗方法。方法:选取上颌尖牙埋伏阻生患者40例,共52颗埋伏阻生上颌尖牙,对其正畸治疗方法进行分析总结。结果:52颗埋伏阻生上颌尖牙中,5颗为开辟足够间隙后自行萌出,12颗为软组织切开助萌,32颗为外科-正畸牵引治疗,3颗由于尖牙形态异常而拔除。结论:对于上颌尖牙埋伏阻生患者,应该根据尖牙的形态、位置、生长方向、与邻牙的关系、有无病理性变化等,结合患者的年龄、面型、牙弓突度、拥挤度、中线等情况,以及患者的全身性因素,在临床和影像学检查的指导下,制定不同的矫治计划,以达到良好的咬合关系和美观效果。

Orthodontic treatment of impacted upper canines

Objective To investigate the orthodontic treatment strategies of impacted upper canines. Methods 40 patients with 52 impacted upper canines were selected.Then,we analyzed different orthodontic treatment strategies in these cases. Results Among 52 impacted teeth, 5 teeth were erupted spontaneously after creation of enough space,12 teeth were erupted with the help of incision in the adjacent soft tissues,32 teeth were in orthodontic traction after surgical exposure and 3 teeth were extracted due to abnormal morphology. Conclusion For patients with impacted upper canines, different orthodontic treatment strategies should be made according to canine morphology,position, growth direction,relationship with adjacent teeth and pathological change,together with patients＂ age, profile,arch prominence,degree of crowding,central-line and systemic condition, after careful clinical and X-ray examinations.In this way, patients could acquire normal occlusion and good esthetic.
