十二指肠腺癌的临床X线分析(19例报告)

目的：评价Ｘ线诊断十二指肠腺癌的临床价值。材料和方法：对１９例原发性十二指肠腺癌行Ｘ线造影，其中１７例手术切除，２例经纤维内窥镜活检证实。将Ｘ线所见与病理结果对照分析。结果：Ｘ线双对比造影发现病变率１００％，定性诊断率７３７％。原发性十二指肠腺癌依Ｘ线表现分为三种类型，以溃疡型最多见，双对比照片中的多重密度现象是溃疡型癌与其它类型癌鉴别的主要依据。结论：Ｘ线双对比造影是发现十二指肠癌的首选方法，对病变的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要临床价值。如能与十二指肠镜配合，其正确诊断率可达９４７％。

Clinical Roentgenologic Analysis of Adenocarcinoma of The Duodenum

OBJECTIVE:Evaluating the clinical value of rontgenologic diagnosis for duodenal adenocarcinoma. MATERIALS AND METHODS:19 case of primary duodenal adenocarcinoma were found by radiography, 17cases confirmed by operation and 2 cases by biopsy with fibroendoscoper. Contrast analysing the rontgenologic findings with pathologic results were performed. RESULTS:The rate of finding lesions by double contrast examination(DC) is 100%,and the rate of qualitive diagnosis is 73 7%. There are three types of primary duodenal adenocarcinoma according to rontgenologic findings, the ulcerative type is common, the various density sign of DC is the most important point for distinguishing the ulcerative type from other types. CONCLUSION:DC is the first choice method for diagnosis duodenal adenocarcinoma, has important clinical significance for diagnosis and differential diagnosis. If combining endoscope, the rate of accurate diagnosis is 94 7%.
