| 摘 要： | 介绍各种药物肠吸收模型的实验方法和特点，包括：在体肠回流法、肠襻法、分离肠黏膜法、外翻囊法和Caco-2细胞模型法等。其中，Caco-2单层细胞模型在国外已经作为一种简便、高效的体外模型应用于大量的口服药物的筛选。重点介绍Caco-2细胞模型的方法、特点和应用的进展情况。

| Abstract: | The experimental methods and the characters of intestinal absorption model of different kinds were introduced. They included intestinal backflow in vivo , intestinal loops, isolated mu-cosa,everted sacs and human colon adenocarcinoma (Caco-2) cells. Among them,Caco-2 cell monolay-ers have gained enormous popularity as a reliable and highly effective in vitro model for screening a large number of oral drugs. Caco-2 cells model is the focus of this paper. |
