股骨近端解剖钢板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折

目的探讨老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的手术方法及治疗原则。方法采用闭合复位、股骨近端解剖钢板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折26例。结果26例均手术成功,所有26例患者均获4～18个月的随访,平均为12.4个月。所有患者均在术后3个月内达到骨性愈合,关节功能评定:优13例,良11例,可2例,优良率92.3%。结论股骨近端解剖钢板内固定是治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的较好方法。

Internal fixation using anatomical proximal femoral plate for treating femoral intertrochanteric fracture in aged patients

Objective To study the surgical method of internal fixation and the treating principle in aged patients with intertrochanteric fractures.Methods Twenty-six cases of intertrochanteric fractures were treated with internal fixation using anatomical proximal femoral plate after closed reduction.Results All of the 26 patients were followed up for an average of 12.4 months(range,4-18 months).All fractures united in 3 months postoperatively.The postoperative functional evaluation of the hip joint showed that 13 cases were excellent,11 good.The good to excellent rate was 92.3%.Conclusion The internal fixation using anatomical proximal femoral plate for aged patients intertrochanteric fractures is a more satisfactory method.
