80例手足口病患儿的护理

目的探讨手足口病的护理方法。方法对80例手足口病患儿采取消毒隔离措施,重点对心理、口腔、皮肤、等实施针对性护理。结果80例手足口病患儿经积极治疗及针对护理,全部治愈出院,无任何并发症和后遗症以及院内交叉感染。结论消毒隔离措施及对不同患儿的针对性护理可减少并发症发生和控制疫情的扩散,提高治愈率。

The Care of 80 Children with Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease

Objective To explore methods of care of hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods Disinfection and isolation measures to take to 80 cases of patients with hand, foot and mouth disease, with emphasis on the psychological, oral, skin, such as the implementation of specific care. Results By the positive treatment and care of 80 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease, all the patients discharged without any complications and sequelae, as well as nosocomial cross-infection. Conclusion Disinfection and isolation measures and targeted to different children＇s care can reduce complications and control the spread of the epidemic to improve the cure rate.
