精神分裂症患者家庭负担状况调查

目的探讨精神分裂症患者的家庭负担状况。方法对456例精神分裂症患者采用家庭负担量表和自拟一般情况调查表进行测评,并对城乡患者测评结果进行对比分析。结果家庭负担量表测评精神分裂症患者的家庭经济负担、家庭日常活动、家庭休闲娱乐活动、家庭成员心理健康4个因子的阳性回答率较高,均〉60%;家庭成员生理健康、家庭关系2个因子的阳性回答率较低,均〈40%。农村患者的家庭经济负担因子分显著高于城镇患者（t=3.649,P〈0.01）,家庭成员心理健康因子分显著低于城镇患者（t=-2.367,P〈0.05）。结论精神分裂症可导致严重的家庭负担,预防干预对象应扩展到患者的家庭成员。

A study on the family burden states of schizophrenics

Objective To explore the family burden states of schizophrenics.Methods Measurements were conducted in 456 schizophrenics with the Family Burden Scale(FBS)and the Self-made General Health questionnaire(SGHQ)and compared with the results of urban and rural patients.Results According to the FBS,positive response rates were higher in economic burden,daily activities,recreational activities and members' mental health of schizophrenic family(all >60%)and lower in members' physio-health and family relation(all <40%);the score of family economic burden was significantly higher and that of members' mental health lower in the rural patients than in the urban ones(P<0.05).Conclusion Schizophrenia could result in grave family burden,objects of prevention intervention should extend into patients' family members.
