胶质细胞源性神经营养因子促进脊髓损伤修复的研究进展

摘    要:脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)的治疗是医学界的一个难题,目前还没有很好的治疗方法。大量的动物实验证实,胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor,GDNF)有促进SCI修复的作用,为治疗SCI带来了新的希望。本文就GDNF对SCI修复的作用有关研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:There is no good treament for spinal cord injury(SCI).Many experiments have confirmed that glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF)can promote injured spinal cord repair.GDNF will be a new method to repair injured spinal cord,especially combined with other methods such as cell transplant,gene therapy.In the review,we summarize the latest research progress on the promotion of spinal cord repairing with glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor.
