| 摘 要： | 目的 研究成体骨骼肌肌源性干细胞(MDSCs)向神经细胞分化的潜能.方法 从成年 SD 大鼠骨骼肌组织中培养出肌源性干细胞,采用 bFGF、EGF 诱导出神经球样细胞团,并检测 nestin 表达.再在贴壁培养条件下,用 RA、BDGF 诱导分化,并检测 NSE、GFAP 的表达.结果 MDSCs 能被诱导出神经球样细胞团,并表达 nestin.这些细胞进一步诱导,部分细胞表现出神经元样或胶质细胞样形态,并表达 NSE 或 GFAP.结论 MDSCs 能向神经细胞样细胞分化,有望用于神经系统疾病的治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the differentiation of skeleton muscle-derived stem cells (MDSCs) into neural cells. Methods MDSCs were cultured from adult SD rat skeleton muscle. Nestin molecule of these cells was inspected after they were cultured in non-adherent condition with bFGF and EGF. The expression of NSE and GFAP was detected in these cells after they were induced in adherent cultural condition with RA and BDNF.
