经颞浅动脉进行颈外动脉逆行插管术的应用解剖

本文对66具男尸(30～70岁),用1/20mm精确度的卡尺测量了以下内容:(1)颞浅动脉从耳屏前缘中点水平至上颌动脉、面动脉、舌动脉及甲状腺上动脉起始部上缘和至颈总动脉分叉点的距离;(2)颞浅动脉在耳屏前缘中点水平和颈外动脉干在其各主要分支起始部上缘处的最大口径(外径);(3)颈外动脉各主要分支起始部的最大口径;(4)颞浅动脉与上颌动脉间、颈外动脉主干间的角度。

THE PRACTICAL ANATOMY OF RETROGRADE INTUBATION OF EXTERNAL CAROTID ARTERY VIA THE SUPERFICIAL TEMPORAL ARTERY

66 embalmed adult man cadavers between the ages of 30-70 were used in this study. The following articles were determined with vernier caliber, of which the precision is l/20mm:(l) The distances were measured from the level at the mid-point of anterior margin on tragus of superficial temporal artery to the superior margins at origin of each main branches of external carotid artery(e.g. maxillary a., facial a., lingual a. and sup. thyroid a.), and to the bifurcate point of carotis communis. (2)the maximum diameters ( external diameter) of the superficial temporal artery opposite the mid-point of anterior margo of tragus, and of the external carotid artery itself at the superior margin of origin of its main branches were determined. (3) The maximum caliber of each main branch of external carotid artery was msasured just at the branch origin. (4)The angles between the superficial temporal artery and maxillary artery and between superficial artery and external carotid artery were determined.
