脑出血患者康复期死亡26例分析

目的 分析脑出血患者康复期导致病情恶化、死亡的常见原因，总结经验教训。方法采用回顾性分析方法，对1990年至2003年死于康复期的26例住院脑出血患者的死亡原因进行分析。结果26例住院脑出血康复期患者的死亡原因：12例心血管系统并发症，5例继发性感染，5例食物窒息，2例糖尿病酮症酸中毒或高渗性昏迷，2例肺栓塞，与急性期死亡原因有明显不同。结论 对脑出血患者康复期死亡常见危险因素应有充分认识，积极预防和早期处理，可有效地减少死亡的发生，避免医疗纠纷。

Analysis on the causes of death of 26 patients with cerebral hemorrhage during in-hospital rehabilitation

Objective To analyze the causes of deterioration and death in-patients with cerebral hemorrhage during rehabilitation. Methods From 1990 to 2003 , 26 cases with cerebral hemorrhage dead during hospital rehabilitation were studied by retrospective analysis . Result The causes of death of the 26 cases were as follow cardiovascular system complications , in 12 cases, secondary infection in 5 cases, food suffocation in 5 cases, diabetes ketoacidosis or hyperosmotic coma in 2 cases and pulmonary embolism in 2 cases. Conclusion It is helpful to recognize the risk factors that lead to death in patients with cerebral hemorrhage during hospital rehabilitation. Active prevention and early intervention may help to reduce such unfortunate results and to avoid medico-legal consequences.
