颈椎病患者抑郁情绪的研究

目的 研究颈椎病与抑郁情绪的关系，调查颈椎病患者的工作特点，常见症状，其他疾病的罹患率。方法 分别对颈椎病患者与无颈椎病的体检者进行抑郁自评量表（Self—Rating Depression scale，SDS）问卷和一般情况问卷（self—made survey scale）包括工作情况，罹患疾病，颈椎病自觉症状测试，比较两组间差异。结果 抑郁发生率分别为：颈椎病组33．0％，对照组7．9％，伏案工作时间分别为颈椎病组54．7％，对照组21．1％，悬臂工作时间分别为颈椎病组32．I％，对照组13．2％，两组高血压发病率分别为颈椎病组44．3％，对照组19．7％，两组胃病发病率分别为颈椎病组35．8％，对照组26．3％。自觉症状出现频率次序是，颈肩部、臂部不适，手麻，眩晕，耳鸣，视力减退，恶心、呕吐，心慌、心悸。结论 颈椎病患者抑郁情绪的发生率比正常人群显著提高，颈椎病发病与伏案工作，悬臂工作有关，颈椎病患者的高血压，胃病发病率较高。自觉症状出现频率次序是，颈肩部、臂部不适，手麻，眩晕，耳鸣，视力减退，恶心、呕吐，心慌、心悸。

Study on depressive disorders of cervical spondylosis

Objective: To study the relationship among cervical spondylosis and depressive disorders, the work activity, symptoms and associated diseases. Methods: The patients and healthy controls were evaluated and compared for their work activity, illness, and symptoms with Self-Rating Depression scale (SDS) and self-made survey scale. Results:The occurrence rate of the depression, the duration of long time working at the desk,the duration of long time working with a suspensory arm posture,hypertension, and stomach illness of cervical spondylosis patient and healthy controls were 33. 0 % : 7.9 %; 54.7%: 21.1%; 32.1%:13.2%; 44.3%:19.7%;35.8%:26.3% respectively. Conclusion:Depression rate of cervical spondylosis patients was significantly higher than that of controls and cervical spondylosis was correlated with the time of working at the desk and the duration of a persistent suspensory arm posture at work. Hypertention and stomach disease were commonly found in these patients. The sequence of symptom frequency was uncomfortable in cervical, shoulder and arms, numb in hand, tinnitus, visual deterioration, nausea, vomiting, nervousness, and palpitation.
