慢性乙型肝炎中医疗效评价标准文献研究的现状与思考

目的通过对中医治疗慢性乙型肝炎188篇文献（18662例慢性乙型肝炎患者）的研究分析，研究慢性乙型肝炎中医疗效评价标准的应用情况及存在问题。方法文献检索，利用Epidata2．0软件建立慢性乙型肝炎中医疗效评价指标文献数据库、录库、统计分析。结果现有的慢性乙型肝炎中医疗效评价标准种类多，且每一种评价标准的使用率均未超过10％。慢性乙型肝炎疗效评价标准的构成条目应主要包括疾病（总体）疗效、证候疗效、理化指标、重要临床事件、生存质量等方面。结论目前慢性乙型肝炎中医疗效评价标准不能满足当前临床需要．对生存质量、终点指标及经济学指标的评价右待讲一步加强．

Thoughts on current situation of literature researches on TCM efficacy evaluation standard of Chronic hepatitis B

Objective To explore the application and existing problems of TCM efficacy evaluation standards of chronic hepatitis B （CHB） by studying 188 literatures （18,662 CHB patients）. Methods The database of CHB TCM efficacy evaluation standards was established by the literature search with the software Epidata 2.0 for statistical analysis. Results There were many kinds of CHB TCM efficacy evaluation standards, but the utilization rate of each standard was lower than 10%. The main items of CHB curative effect evaluation standards should include （total） curative effect of the disease, curative effects of syndromes, physical and chemical indicators, important clinical events, life quality and so on. Conclusion The current CHB TCM efficacy evaluation standards can not meet the clinical needs. The evaluation of life quality, endpoints and economic indicators needs to be more clarified.
