8例鱼胆中毒并急性肾功能衰竭的临床分析

目的 研究鱼胆中毒的临床特点,探讨其发生急性肾功能衰竭的机理及治疗方法.方法 对8例鱼胆中毒患者进行回顾性分析,观察其临床表现,对辅助检查如血常规、肝、肾功、胸片及双肾B超进行研究.结果 全部患者均出现了多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS),治疗后临床症状缓解,血红蛋白、肝、肾功等生化指标较治疗前明显改善(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论 鱼胆中毒可至多脏器功能损害,受损以肾、肝、心及胃肠道为重,血液透析为其有效的治疗方法.

Study on 8 Patients With Acute Renal Failure from Fish''''s Gallbladder Bile Poisoning

Objective To observe the clinical features and to investigate the mechanism of acute renal failure and treat- ment methods.Method The clinical symptons,signs and laboratory data were analyzed.Results All the 8 patients presented multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,clinical symptoms were relieved after hemodialysis,and their Hb,liver func- tion,and kidney function improved significantly.Conclusions Fish gallbladder bile can lead to multiple organ dysfunction, the damage is severe not only in the kidneys,but also the liver,the heart and the gastrointestinal tract.Hemadialysis is an ef- fective measure in treatment.
