| 摘 要： | 检测疫苗接种后血清ＩＬ－２和ＩＬ－６表达情况。方法ＥＬＩＳＡ双抗体夹心法。结果初次免疫７ｄ与免疫前机体对ＩＬ－２、ＩＬ－６的表达均无差异；再次与加强免疫后与免疫前对ＩＬ２、ＩＬ－６的表达相比较有显著性差异；５６ｄ后检测其ＩＬ－２、ＩＬ－６表达与正常水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the IL-2 and IL-6 levels in the sera from the nomlal human inoculated with the HFRS. Methods ELISA. Results The IL-2 and IL-6 levels of the they inoculated with HFRS vaccine in 7 days are not high. The IL-2 and IL-6 levels of the body re-inoculated with the HFRS vaccine are significantly increased. The IL-2 and IL-6 levels of they at 56 days after inoclulating HFRS vaccine are normal. Conclusion The IL-2 and IL-6 levels of they inoculated with HFRS vaccine are increased. That levels of they, after 7 days, re-inoculated with HFRS vaccine are the highest. After that, the IL-2 and IL-6 levels of the they are gradually decreased to the normal levels. |
