汉防己甲素对应激性溃疡防治作用的实验研究

目的 本研究采用拘束浸水应激法诱发大鼠的胃溃疡模型，以观察汉防己甲素对应激性溃疡的防治效果，并对其可能的作用机制作初步的探讨。方法 取６９只雄性ＳＤ大鼠随机分为６组；对照组（ｎ＝１６）汉防己甲素１组（ｎ＝１２）汉防己甲素２组（ｎ＝１）汉防己甲素３组（ｎ＝１０）阿托品组（ｎ＝１０），西咪替丁组（ｎ＝１０）观察各组受试动物溃疡发生个数，溃疡指数等的变化；测定胃酸排出量，胃粘膜部丙二醛的含量，部分胃标本

Experimental study of the preventive and therapeutic effects of tetrandrine on stres ulcer in rats

Objective Thee study is to observe the effect of tetrandrine on the stree induced gastric ulcer in rats andexplore its' possible mechamism.Methods The model of gastric ulcer was caused by restraint andwatenimmersion in rats. 69 male rats rats were randonmly divided into 6 groups : Cantrol group (n= 16), Tetrandrinelgroup(n = 12), Tetrandrine 2 group(n = 1l), Tetrandrine 3 goup (n = 10), Atropine group(n = 1O) andCimetidine gdroup (n=10). The gastric mucosa ulceration was observed and tbe ulcer number,ulcer index ,theacid output,the concentration of MDA in gastric mucosa were measured.Results Tetrandrine attenuated theoccurrence of ulcer(P<0.05), the ulcer number (P<0.01), the ulcer for(P<0.01), the concertration ofMDA in gastric mucosa (P<0.01). The effects are similar to that of Atropine Gimetidine (P<0.05);Tetrandrine decreased the acid secretion (P<0.01), but it was not as powerful ad Atropine or Cimetidine was (P<0.05). Conclusions The data indicate that indicate that Tetrandrine has precentive and therapeutic effects on stressinducedgastric culcer in rats and the mechanisms might be by improvement of the microcirculaation of gastric mucosa,acidsuppression and antiperoxidition etc.
