胆源性胰腺炎早期非手术治疗探讨

目的 探讨胆源性胰腺炎早期非手术治疗的可行性，方法 收集我院１９９４年１０月－１９９７年１０月５８例胆源性胰腺炎住院人早期非手术治疗的临床资料进行分析，结果 ５８例胆源性胰腺炎早期非手术治疗后，痊愈５４例，有效率为９３％，结论 胆囊性胰腺炎早期非手术治疗，可有效解除壶腹部出口梗阻，使胰腺炎早期治愈，待胰腺炎早期治愈后，择期手术根治非胆道疾病，这一较好选择安全且可提高手术成功率。

Early nonoperative treatment in patients with biliary pancreatitis

To analyse the feasibilty of early noneperative treatment in patients with biliarypancreatitis.Methods Between October,1994 and October,1997, 58 patients with biliary pancreatitis whohad undergone early nonperative treatment were analysed retrospectikely.Results Affer early nonoperativetreatment, 54 patients were cured, and a effective rate of 93% was obtained.Conchisions The treatment canrelease the obstruciton in exit of ampulla hepatopancreatica,and pancreatitis will be cured n early time,theneffect a radical cure of biliary tract diseases by operation at an opportue moment.This choice will be more asfeand can improve the success rate of operatons.
