| 摘 要： | 了解贵阳市公共场所公用物品表面ＨＢｓＡｇ、ＨＢｅＡｇ存在情况，方法采集不同区域公用电话送话器表面物标本１０９份，现发用具体本６０份，应用酶联免疫吸附试验双抗体夹心法检测其存在情况，并对公用电话送话器表面物样本中ＨＢｅＡｇ阳性样本再进行ＨＢｅＡｇ检测。

| Abstract: | Objective in order to study HBsAg and HBeAg contamination telephones and haircut utensil for public used in Guiyang city. Mothods 109 samples of microphone of telephone and 60 samples of haircut utensil in different place were collected. HBsAg and HBeAg were determined in those sample with ELISA. Results The positive rate of HBsAg in all telephone samples was 47. 7% (51/109 ).HBsAg positive rates were 86. 4% (19/22) .31. 9 (m (15/47) .41. 2% (7/17) and 47. 8% (11/23 ) near hospital .railway station long-distance bus and secludued street, respectively. HBsAg positive rate of the first was obviously high than the remainers by chi-square test, and it was litter difference among the remainers by statistics way. Among 45 samples of HBsAg positive, HBeAg positive rate was 13. 3 % (6/45). 27 out of 60 samples of haircut utensil were positive specimen of HBsAg(45% ). Conclusion It is very serious that HBsAg and HBeAg contaminated telephones and haircut utensil for public used in Guiyang city. |
