腰椎关节突间关节积气的CT征象和意义

目的 探讨腰椎间盘ＣＴ扫描中关节突间关节积气的表现和伴随病变的意义。方法 收集近两年来的５６５例腰椎间盘扫描，使用机型为ＳＯＭＡＴＯＭＰｌｕｓ４螺旋ＣＴ机，对其中有４０例（占７．１％）关节突间关节积气的ＣＴ片及侧位定位片进行分析。结果 ４０例有椎关节突间关节积气者其，ＣＴ值均低于－３００ＨＭ，其中２６例有关突间关节增宽，２１例有相关椎体前滑脱，４０例均有腰椎间盘退行性变。结论 腰椎关节突间关节积气

The CT findings and significances of vacuum phenomenon within the lumbar articulationes zygapophysiales

Objective To explore the CT findings and significances of vacuum phenomenon within the lumbararticulationes zygapophysiales.Methods The lumbar intervertebral disks were routinely scaned in 565 caseswith Somatom Plus4 CT in the past two years.Among them,40(7. 1% ) patients with vacuum phenomenonwithin the lumbar articulationes zygapophysiales was observed and the CT findiongs and singnificanes wereanalyzed.Results Twnty-six of 40 case is of the widened articulatines zygapophysiales , with the negativeCT value of less than 300Hu; and all 40 cases are of the signs of intervertebral disc degeneration.Forward slipof the reative vertebrae was found in 21 of 40 cases.Conchusions The vacuum phyenomenon of articullationeszygapophysiales is one of common leatures of vertebral degeneration,wihich can produce the unsablearticulationes zygapophysiales and forward slip of the relative vertedrae.
