摘    要:目的观察不同程度损伤的脑卒中患者的早期认知、躯体功能、功能独立性康复治疗效果。方法回顾性研究轻、中、重损伤三组脑卒中患者康复治疗前后的MMSE、FMA、FIM评定结果。结果早期康复使中、重损伤组患者躯体功能提高较快,认知功能提高相对较慢,轻损伤组相反;三组功能独立性均有提高;中、重损伤组提高更明显,结论早期康复对不同程度损伤的脑卒中患者认知功能、躯体功能和功能独立性均有提高,但效果不一,早期应重视中、重程度损伤患者的认知功能评定训练。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of early rehabilitation on cognition (MMSE), physical function (FMA) and functional independent measurement (FIM) in patients with different degrees of apoplectic injury. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze FIM, FMA and MMSE changes in patients with mild, moderate and severe degrees of apoplectic injury. Results Early rehabilitation rapidly improved physical function in patients with moderate and severe degrees of apoplectic injury, but slowly in cognitive function. The effect was opposite in patients with the mild degree of apoplectic injury. FIM scores increased in all patients, especially in those with moderate and severe degrees of apoplectic injury. Conclusions Early rehabilitation could improve cognition, physical function and independent activity, but its effects varied in patients with different degrees of apoplectic injury. In the process of early rehabilitation, special attention should be paid to cognition evaluation and treatment in patients with moderate and severe apoplectic injuries.
