腰椎小关节病变多层螺旋CT多平面重建与常规重建的比较

目的：探讨多层螺旋（MS）CT多平面重建诊断腰椎小关节损伤的临床价值及扫描中的技术。方法：腰椎MSCT扫描172例，扫描重建层厚2栅，层距1mm，将数据行多平面重建处理；对所得重建图像分析整理后，与常规以椎间盘为中心、横断轴位重建的对照组（172例）进行对比分析。结果：多平面重建后图像可在不同角度清晰显示腰椎小关节病变，对细小关节面及椎间盘显示清楚。结论：MSCT多平面重建能清晰显示腰椎小关节病变全部细节，较常规检查更有价值。

Diagnostic Value of Multiplanar Reconstruction of Multislice Spiral CT in Facet Joints Lesion of Lumbar

Objective： To evalute the clinical value of multiplanar reconstruction（MPR）of multislice spiral CT（MSCT） in the diagnosis of facet joint injury of lumbar vertebrae. Methods： The multiplanar images were reconstructed with 2 mm collimation thickness and 1 mm reconstruction interval in 172 patients with lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis and small articulation disease. After the analysis of the collected images, the data were compared to the conventional method, which took the intervertebral disc as the center and reconstruced the cross section. Results： MSCT image could show the lesion of small articulation and its surrounding structures from different angles. Conclusion： Multiplanar reconstruction of MSCT can clearly display the facet joints lesion of lumbar vertebrae in detail, it is more valuable, compared with the routine inspection.
