超声引导下穿刺活检在浆细胞瘤诊断中的临床应用

目的: 探讨经超声引导下穿刺活检在浆细胞瘤诊断中的临床应用。 方法：回顾性分析2014年9月至2021年7月就诊于复旦大学附属中山医院的患者，接受经超声引导下穿刺活检且病理诊断为浆细胞瘤的病例。总结其临床表现、影像学资料、穿刺后病理诊断及并发症；结合病史分析超声引导下穿刺活检对该病的诊断价值。 结果: 共计纳入33例患者，其中男性20例（60.6%），女性13例（39.4%），年龄40~87岁，中位年龄62岁。病灶分布如下：胸部21例（63.6%），腹盆腔3例（9.1%），头颈部2例（6.1%），淋巴结3例（9.1%），四肢及其它部位4例（12.1%）。穿刺成功率100%，所有患者均取到足够的病理组织。随访过程中，所有患者均无明显并发症发生。 结论：对临床疑似浆细胞瘤患者而言，超声引导下穿刺活检是一种安全、高效、便捷、准确率高的取样技术，其为此类患者的早期准确诊断和后续有效治疗提供了帮助。

Clinical application of ultrasound-guided biopsy in the diagnosis of plasmacytoma

Objective: To investigate the clinical application of ultrasound-guided biopsy in the diagnosis of Plasmacytoma. Methods: We conducted a retrospective analysis of patients with pathologically diagnosed plasmacytoma by using ultrasound-guided needle biopsy in Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University from September 2014 to July 2021. We summarized the clinical manifestations, imaging data, pathological results and complications of enrolled patients to evaluate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided needle biopsy for the diagnosis of Plasmacytoma. Results: A total of 33 patients were included. Among them, 20 (60.6%) were males and 13 (39.4%) were females. The median age was 62 years old (range 40-87 years old). Lesion distribution was heterogeneous including 21 (63.6%) in thoracic cavity, 3 (9.1%) in abdominal pelvic, 2 (6.1%) in head and neck region, 3 (9.1%) in lymph node, 4 (12.1%) in limbs and other regions. All of them were successful and obtained adequate tissues. There was no obvious complications in the regular follow-up for all included patients. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided needle biopsy is safe, efficient, convenient and has high accurate rate in the diagnosis of plasmacytoma, providing help for prompt and accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
