突发公共卫生事件中某部一线医务人员焦虑和抑郁状态的调查分析

 目的 探讨突发性公共卫生事件对一线医务人员心理健康状况的影响.方法 采用Zung的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS),对SARS和禽流感流行期间某部队医院一线医务人员,进行心理卫生状况评定,并将结果与全国常模进行对照分析(t-test),不同工作时间进行比较分析(ANOVA).结果 发现突发公共卫生事件中一线医务人员SAS在工作2周时高于全国常模(P＜0.01),而SDS与全国常模比较无明显差异.调查还发现医务人员SAS在工作2周时高于4周(P＜0.05),而SDS在工作2周和4周比较无明显差异.人口学特征差异无统计学意义.结论 在突发公共卫生事件中,一线医务人员易患心理问题,除应该关注这一群体个人防护、专业培训外,尚需加强他们的心理卫生教育,采取适当心理调试方法.

Investigation and analysis of depression and anxiety in medical workers in the front line during cmexpected public health incidents

Objective To study the impact of unexpected public health incidents on mental state of medical workers.Methods Psychological measurements were conducted of medical workers who combatted in the front line against SARS and avian influenza and their results were compared with the national norm(Student's t-test) and at different time periods(ANOVA).Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) of the medical workers in the second week after epidemic outbreaks were higher than those of the national norm(P<0.01),but the scores of Self-rating depression scale after(SDS) were not significantly different from those of the national norm.The scores of SAS in the second week were higher than those in the fourth week after the outbreaks(P<0.05),but the scores of SDS were not significantly different from those in the fourth week after outbreaks.Conclusions The medical workers in the front line may have psychological problems during unexpected public health incidents.We should pay attention ont only to the individual protection and special training of the medical workers,but also to their psychological training and taking psychological intervention.
