| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨湿润暴露疗法(MEBT)治疗手深度烧伤的疗效。方法：72例(133只)手深度烧伤创面全程规范应用烧伤湿润暴露疗法(MEBT)治疗,早期开始患肢功能锻炼。结果：133只手烧伤创面全部自愈,经随访无增生性瘢痕,无畸形和功能障碍。结论：湿润暴露疗法治疗手深度烧伤,能够实现创面自愈,减轻和预防瘢痕增生,最大程度地恢复手功能。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of MEBT in treating deep hand burn wounds.Method:72 patients with deep bum wounds in 133 hands were treated with MEBT in the whole treating course.Burn hand dirigation started at the early stage.Result:All the wounds healed spontaneously without skin grafting.After followed up,no hyperplastic scar for- mation,no deformity and no dysfunction occurred.Conclusion:MEBT for treating deep burn wounds in hands can achieve spontaneously wound healing,prevent the formation of scar and promote recovery of hand function. |
