| 摘 要： | 通过对１００例脑血栓患者随机分组对比治疗，观察组５０例采用复方 脑栓１号治疗２个疗程，对照组５０例采用维脑路通治疗２个疗程，观察治疗前后 甲襞微循环和血液流变性的变化及疗效。结果表明：复方脑栓１号，有显著改善甲 襞微循环和血液流变性的作用，治疗总有效率９６％，治愈率５２％，均优于维脑路通 （Ｐ＜０．０５）。

| Abstract: | A hundred patients with cerebral thrombosis were divided into two groups in random sampling. 50 Observed group patients were treated with "Fufang Naoshuan-1" (FN-1) during two courses of treatment. 50 patients in Control group were treated with "Weinadlutong" during two courses of treatments. Nailfold microcirculation and hemorheology parmeters were observed before and after treatment for curative effect. The results indicated that "FN-1" may play a markable improved role in nailfold . microcirculation and hemorheology. The total effective rate was 96% and cure rate 52% "FN-1" is superior to "Weinaolutong" (p < 0. 05). |
