急性肺感染患者血液流变学的改变

目的：研究急性肺感染患者血流变的改变。方法：对１１０例急性肺感 染患者及５０名正常对照者进行血液流变学指标检测。结果：急性肺感染患者的全 血粘度、血沉、全血还原粘度、血浆粘度、血沉方程Ｋ值、红细胞聚集及刚性指数、 纤维蛋白原浓度、由 ＡＤＰ、ＡＡ、Ｃｏｌ和 Ａｄｒ诱导的血小板聚集功能及红细胞变形能 力与正常对照组比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：急性肺感染时有血流变的 改变，可引起机体代谢和功能失调。

HEMORHEOLOGICAL CHANGES IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE PNEUMONIC INFECTON

Objective: To study the hemorheological changes in patients with acute pneumonic infec-tion. Methods: Hemorheological parameters were determined in 110 cases of acute pneumonic infec-tion, 50 cases of normal controls. Results: Whole blood viscosity in high, middle and low shear rate, ESR, Hct, reductive viscosity in high and low shear rate, plasma viscosity, ESR with K value. erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidity index, fibrinogen concentration, platelet aggregation func-tion induced by APP, AD Col, Adr and red blood cell deformation in patients with acute pneumonic infection compared with the normal controls all have sighificant difference (P < 0. 01). Conclusion: The patients with acute pneumonic infection having hemorheological changes may cause metabolism and function disorder.
