长托宁治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的疗效观察

目的:观察长托宁与阿托品治疗急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)的临床效果。方法:125例急性有机磷农药中毒的患者随机分为长托宁组63例与阿托品组62例,长托宁组用长托宁配合氯磷定治疗,阿托品组用阿托品配合氯磷定治疗,对疗效进行比较。结果:长托宁组的症状消失时间、血胆碱脂酶恢复时间、治愈率、住院时间、呼吸衰竭发生率、中间综合征发生率、药物中毒率、不良反应发生率分别为(12.5±8.7)h、(26.9±10.5)h、96.83%(61/63)、(6±3.5)d、4.76%(3/63)、3.17%(2/63)、4.76%(3/63)、7.94%(5/63),阿托品组的症状消失时间、血胆碱脂酶恢复时间、治愈率、住院时间、呼吸衰竭发生率、中间综合征发生率、药药物中毒率、不良反应发生率分别为(28.7±9.3)h、(42.1±11.6)h、83.87%(52/62)、(14±5.1)d、19.35%(12/62)、17.74%(11/62)、32.26%(20/62)、96.77%、(60/62),两组经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。长托宁治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的疗效比阿托品好,不良反应少。结论:长托宁目前是救治急性有机磷农药中毒最理想的药物。

Effects of long-acting Tuoning in the treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

Objective To observe the effects of long-acting Tuoning and atropine in the treatment of acutorganophosphorus pesticide poisoning（AOPP）.Method A total of 125 cases of AOPP were randomly divided into long-acting Tuoning group（n=63） and atropine group（n=62）.Long-acting Tuoning group was treated with long-acting Tuoning combined with pyraloximin methochloridum,and atropine group was treated with atropine and pyraloximin methochloridum.The effects were compared.Results Long-acting Tuoning group and atropine group had significant difference in effects（P0.05）.Conclusion Long-acting Tuoning is more effective than atropine in treating organophos-phorus pesticides poisoning,its advantage is less side effects.Long-acting Tuoning is an ideal cholinolytic to treat acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
