舒适护理在经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术围术期的应用效果观察

目的:探讨舒适护理在经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术围术期中的应用。方法:将收治的120例输尿管结石患者随机分为观察组和对照组,均采用经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用舒适护理,比较两组患者的手术耐受性、术后并发症的发生率以及护理质量的满意率。结果:观察组在手术耐受性、术后并发症的发生率以及护理质量的满意率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理有利于提高患者的手术耐受性,增强患者的满意度,值得临床推广。

Effect of comfortable care on ureteral calculi with transureteroscopic Holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy

Objective To discuss the effect of the comfortable care for ureteral calculi with transureteroscopic holmium：YAG laser lithotripsy.Method Total 120 patients with ureteral calculi who were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 60 cases and the observation group of 60 cases.The control group used routine care,the observation group took comfortable care.The two groups were compared in tolerance of surgery,the incidence of postoperative complications and the satisfaction rate of the quality of care.Results The tolerance of surgery,the incidence of postoperative complications and the satisfaction rate of the quality of care in the observation group were significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Comfortable care can help promote the tolerance of ureteroscopic Holmium laser lithotripsy,elevate the satisfaction degree,and is worthy of widely application.
