螺旋CT在肠梗阻诊断中的价值

目的:探讨螺旋CT扫描在肠梗阻诊断中的价值。方法:搜集33例经手术和临床综合治诊断证实的肠梗阻患者的临床及螺旋CT资料进行回顾性分析和讨论。结果:螺旋CT诊断肠梗阻的准确率100%,对肠梗阻部位判断的准确率93.9%,肠梗阻病因诊断准确率90.9%,绞窄性肠梗阻诊断准确率100%。结论:螺旋CT在评价肠梗阻的诊断、梗阻部位、梗阻原因及有无缺血坏死具有重要价值。

Value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction

Objective To explore the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.Method Collect 33 cases of intestinal obstruction confirmed by surgery and clinical integrated diagnosis that patient′s clinical and spiral CT were retrospectively analyzed and discussed.Results The correct proportions of diagnosis of intestinal obstruction for spiral CT were 100%,obstructive locations were 93.9%,the obstructive causes were 90.9%,the correct proportions of diagnosis of strangulated intestinal obstruction were 100%.Conclusion Spiral CT has great clinical value for evaluating the site level,cause of obstruction and ischemic necrosis.
