| 摘 要： | 目的:超声在分析探讨甲状腺疾病中的应用,评价超声在该疾病中的诊断价值。方法:选取进行诊断的甲状腺疾病患者共240例,对患者的超声诊断及临床病理确诊的临床资料进行回顾性调查分析,统计分析两者之间的符合情况。结果:超声诊断的甲状腺肿、甲状腺肿瘤、甲状腺炎与病理确诊符合率分别为92.7%、83.6%、79.6%,总符合率为90.8%。结论:超声是诊断甲状腺疾病及观察其治疗效果的必不可少的检查方法之一,具有方便无创、高诊断率,为临床诊断甲状腺疾病提供很大的帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the results and the coincidence rates of the thyroid disease diagnosis by using ultrasound,and to evaluate the value of ultrasound in the thyroid disease diagnosis.Methods Collecting diagnosed 240 cases of thyroid disease patients,to retrospectively analysis the clinical datas between ultrasound diagnosis of the patient and clinical pathological diagnosis,and to statistically analysis of two in the compliance.Results The coincidence rates between ultrasound diagnosis and pathological diagnosis in goiter,thyroid cancer,thyroiditis were 92.7%,83.6%,79.6% and the total coincidence rate was 90.8%.Conclusion It is confirmed that ultrasound is an absolutely necessary examination method in diagnosing thyroid disease and observing healing effect,it is a useful clinical way. |
