非创伤性修复治疗儿童乳牙龋齿的护理配合探析

目的:分析非创伤性修复治疗儿童乳牙龋齿中的护理配合措施。方法:选取128例非创伤性修复治疗乳牙龋齿的患儿为研究对象,分析其一般资料、治疗方法、护理配合措施及结果。结果:128例患儿均一次性完成修复治疗,随访半年,128例中109例补料完好,成功率为86.9%。结论:结合儿童难配合、修复过程操作复杂等特点进行有针对性的护理配合能够较好的提高患儿的配合治疗,顺利完成修复过程,提高非创伤性修复治疗儿童乳牙龋齿的成功率。

Discussion and Analysis Atraumatic restorative treatment of children with nursing caries

Objective Atraumatic restorative treatment of caries in the care of children with measures.Methods Selected 128 cases of atraumatic restorative treatment of caries in children for the study,analysis of the general information,treatment,care with the measures and results. Results 128 cases of complete repair in children are one-time treatment,follow-up six months,128 cases in 109 cases of well-fed,the success rate of 86.9%.Conclusion Children with difficult co-operation and complicated repair process characteristics can be targeted with better care and improve treatment of children with the successful completion of the repair process and improve the atraumatic restorative treatment of children,the success rate of caries.
