应用宫腔水囊压迫治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血56例疗效观察

目的:评估应用宫腔水囊压迫治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的可行性。方法:选择阴道分娩后宫缩乏力出血患者56例,经按摩子宫、应用子宫收缩剂等常规处理方法无效后,应用宫腔水囊压迫止血,观察治疗后阴道出血等情况。结果:56例患者应用宫腔水囊压迫止血,阴道流血量立即明显减少。12~24 h取出水囊,56例均未再次发生大出血,止血效率100%。无一例发生死亡,死亡率为0。结论:宫腔水囊压迫治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血效果佳、止血迅速、操作简便、容易掌握,留置时间短,并发症少,可作为宫缩乏力性产后出血的一种简便、有效、可行的止血方法。

Clinical observation of 56 cases using homemade uterine water sac compression to treat postpartum hemorrhage of uterine atony

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of using homemade uterine water sac compression to treat postpartum hemorrhage of uterine atony.Method From May 2008 to May 2010,we selected 56 cases who hemorrhaged in vaginal delivery for uterine atony,after massage uterus,uterine contraction agent routine methods was invalid,homemade uterine water sac compression was used,observed vaginal bleeding.Results The 56 cases used homemade uterine water sac compression,vaginal bleeding amount were obviously reduced immediately.After using it 12 ~ 24 hours to remove water sac,56 cases did not hemorrhage again,hemostatic efficiency was 100%.No one died,the mortality was 0%.Conclusion Homemade uterine water sac compression to treat postpartum hemorrhage of uterine atony is effective,hemostatic rapid,simple operation,easy to grasp,lien short time,the fewer complications,which can be used as a simple,effective and feasible hemostatic measure to treat postpartum hemorrhage of uterine atony.
