闭合复位空心螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的临床观察

目的总结空心钉治疗股骨颈骨折的效果,分析其治疗方法及特点。方法对57例新鲜股骨颈骨折患者采用闭合复位经皮空心钉内固定治疗,进行长期随访,随访时间12～56个月,平均随访时间为30个月,并对患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果平均随访30(12～56)个月,髋关节功能优32例,良17例,可6例,差2例,无其他严重并发症,优良率85.9%。结论股骨颈骨折应用空心钉经皮内固定,有动力加压作用,创伤小、愈合率高、并发症少、手术简单、手术时间短、适应证广,是理想的股骨颈骨折治疗手段。

Clinical observation on closed reduction and percutaneous hollow screw fixation for treating femoral neck fracture

Objective To Summary the clinical efficacy of hollow screw for the treatment of femoral neck fracture.Analysis its treatment methods and characteristics.Methods Fifty-eight cases with fresh femoral neck fractures with closed reduction and percutaneous hollow screw fixation,For long-term followed up,follow-up from 12 to 56 months,the average time was 30 months.And review analysis the clinical data of the patients.Results No other serious complications.the Functional evaluation of hip joints according to Harris Hip Score(HHS) was as follows: excellent in 32 cases,good in 17 cases,moderate in 6 cases,and fine rate was 85.9%.Conclusion The hollow screw for treatment of femoral neck fracture has dynamic pressure effect.with less trauma and high healing rate,less complications,is simple for operation,shorter operating time and wide indication So it is very suitable for treatment of femoral neck fracture.
