| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经胸乳径路腔镜甲状腺良性手术的护理方法。方法:对24例应用腹腔镜行甲状腺手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:24例患者中23例顺利完成甲状腺手术,1例术中快速冰冻切片为甲状腺乳突状癌,中转开放手术。术后1例声音嘶哑,经治疗后3个月恢复。颈部美容满意率93.7%,一般2.7%,不满意0。结论:腹腔镜甲状腺手术是一种安全、理想的手术方法,具有较好的美容效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the nursing method of the laparoscopic resection of the thyroid gland through the breast path.Method The clinical data of 24 cases underwent laparoscopic resection of the thyroid gland through the breast path were retrospectively summarized.Results For 23 cases underwent the operation successfully,one of them was tested for thyroid papillary non-glandular carcinoma by fast frozen section and transited into open surgery.One of them obtained hoarseness and recovered soon after 3 months′ treatment.General satisfaction of neck cosmetic effect was 93.7% and normal was 2.7%,no satisfactory was 0.Conclusion Laparoscopic resection of the thyroid gland is a safe,ideal operation method which has the very good cosmetic effect. |
