不可见靶点计算软件的临床应用

摘    要:目的分析自行编制的不可见靶点计算软件STZ确定脑内靶点坐标与实际手术靶点坐标的一致性.方法应用STZ软件对手术效果良好的7例8组帕金森病苍白球/丘脑Vim核切开术靶点坐标进行计算.并与实际靶点进行比较.采用随机化配对设计资料均数t检验法对两组坐标值进行统计学处理.结果两组坐标数值无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论应用STZ计算软件计算脑内不可见靶点与实际靶点具有良好的一致性,具有准确、迅速、易于使用的优点,且不要求AC、PC两点在同一影像平面上.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the results of the actual target coordinates and the calculation coordinates with the calculation software STZ. Methods 8 groups coordinates from 7 patients with good operation results on whom pallidotomy / thalamotomy had been performed had been calculated by our calculation software STZ, and compared with the actual coordinates of operation. Difference between the actual and calculation coordinates was measured by randomized paired design t test. Results statistical significance was considered at P >0.9,there are no difference between the two groups. Conclusion Determination of invisible target by using our STZ calculation software has proved to be very accurate and rapid and easy to use. And there is no need for CT/MRI scans that AC and PC on the same slice.
