| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小脑蚓部常见肿瘤的病理和免疫组化特征。方法回顾性分析22例小脑蚓部肿瘤的术后病理资料。结果22例小脑蚓部肿瘤中,术后病理诊断为毛细胞型星形细胞瘤6例,髓母细胞瘤5例,血管母细胞瘤5例,生殖细胞类肿瘤2例,海绵状血管瘤2例,转移瘤1例,胶质母细胞瘤1例。结论小脑蚓部肿瘤种类多样,密切结合患者年龄和病程特点,把握各类肿瘤病理学和免疫组织化学特征,有助于提高诊断符合率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the pathological features and immunohistochemical characteristics of different kinds of tumors in cerebellar vermis.Methods Post-operation pathological materials of 22 cases with tumors in cerebellar vermis were analyzed retrospectively.Results Post-operation pathological diagnosis in the 22 cases indicated that, 6 cases were confirmed as pilocytic astrocytoma, 5 cases medulloblastoma, 5 cases hemangioblastoma, 2 cases germinoma, 2 cases cavernous hemangioma, 1 case metastasis, and 1 case glioblastoma.Conclusion Various tumors may be located in cerebellar vermis.To make correct diagnosis it is very helpful to unify patients＇ age and disease history, and understand the pathological and immunohistochemical features of different kinds of tumors. |
