复方管花肉苁蓉片抗疲劳作用研究

摘    要:目的考察复方管花肉苁蓉片缓解体力疲劳的作用。方法 SPF级昆明种雄性小鼠160只,体质量18~22g。根据人体推荐量,设复方管花肉苁蓉片低、中、高剂量(0.167、0.333、1.000g/kg.bw)组和正常对照组,在给予受试物30d后测定各组小鼠的负重游泳持续时间、血清尿素、肝糖原含量变化以及血乳酸水平(游泳前、游泳后0min、游泳后20min值)。结果 1.000g/kg.bw剂量的复方管花肉苁蓉片能明显延长小鼠的负重游泳时间,增加小鼠肝糖原储备量,降低小鼠运动后血清尿素水平,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各剂量复方管花肉苁容片对小鼠血乳酸曲线下面积未见明显影响(P>0.05)。结论复方管花肉苁蓉片具有抗疲劳的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the anti-fatigue effect of the compound Cistanche tubulosa tablet.Methods Mice were randomly divided into groups of low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose of compound Cistanche tubulosa tablet(stomach irritation with 0.167,0.333,1.00 g/kg·bw compound Cistanche tubulosa tablet respectively) group and normal group.After 30 days,recording loaded swimming time of mice,blood urea nitrogen,liver glycogen,activity of blood lactic level(before swimming,0 min,20 min after swimming) were tested.Results The group of 1.00 g/kg·bw compound Cistanche tubulosa tablet prolonged the swimming time of mice,increased the hepatic glycogen storage and reduced the blood urea nitrogen,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Cistanche tubulosa tablet has an anti-fatigue effect.
