疏肝解郁汤联合奥美拉唑、吗叮啉治疗肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良随机平行对照研究

目的]观察疏肝解郁汤联合奥美拉唑、吗叮啉治疗肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组50例奥美拉唑20mg/次,2次/d;吗叮啉10mg/次,3次/d,餐前口服。治疗组50例在对照组治疗基础上加用疏肝解郁汤(柴胡10g,白芍20g,川芎10g,薏苡仁30g,木香1 0g,枳壳10g,炒莱菔子20g,元胡15g,郁金10g)1剂/d水煎,三餐前分次口服。均连续治疗4周判定疗效。结果]治疗组临床痊愈23例,显效15例,有效10例,无效2例。对照组临床痊愈17例,显效12例,有效9例,无效12例。治疗组优于对照组(P0.01)。结论]疏肝解郁汤联合奥美拉唑、吗叮啉治疗肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良优于单纯西药。

A Randomized,Parallel Controlled Trial of Shugan Jieyu Decoction with Omeprazole and Dompendone on Functional dyspepsia and Liver-Qi Stagnation Syndrome

Objective] To verify the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu decoction with Omeprazole and Dompendone on Functional dyspepsia(FD) and Liver-Qi stagnation syndrome.Method] Randomized controlled method,100 cases were randomly divided into two groups by random number table.Control group of 50 cases of omeprazole 20mg / 2 times / d;domperidone 10mg / 3 times / d,oral before a meal.Treatment group,50 cases of increase in the control group on the basis of liver qi stagnation and Tang(Caihu 10g,Baishao 20g,Chuanxiong 10g,Yiyiren 30g,Muxiang 10g,Zhiqiao 10g,fried Laifuzi 20g,Yuanhu 15g,Yujin 10g) 1 dose / day,water to cook three meals a day in divided doses before.Are continuous treatment for 4 weeks to determine efficacy.Results] Treatment group,cured 23 cases,markedly effective 15 cases,effective 10 cases,noneffective 2 cases.Control group,cured 17 cases,markedly effective 12 cases,effective in 9 cases,noneffective 12 cases.Treatment group than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions] The clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu decoction with Omeprazole and Dompendone is better than that of western medicine on Functional dyspepsia(FD) and Liver-Qi stagnation syndrome.
