| 摘 要： | 目的 :总结三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理经验。方法 :牵引前强化心理护理和健康教育 ;牵引中患者有效配合 ;牵引后予以全面护理和出院指导。结果 :36 0例腰椎间盘突出症患者均顺利完成牵引 ,无并发症发生。结论 :有效的护理措施 ,减轻了三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的痛苦 ,提高了精度 ,康复时间短 ,费用低 ,疗效好 ,不易复发

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize nursing experience of treating with three-dimensional traction.Method:Psychological nursing and health education were performed before operating traction,strictly predominate effective cooperation in traction,and impart intensive nursing and guide after traction.Result:360 cases with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were successfully performed traction without any complications.Conclusion:Effective nursing measures make this treatment lessen the pain of patients,increase the precision,not easy to recrudesce and shorten the time of recovery with less expense and good effect. |
