双源64层螺旋CT在诊断下肢动脉栓塞中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨双源64层螺旋CT血管成像(CTA)在显示下肢动脉栓塞中的应用价值。方法:对47例可疑下肢动脉栓塞患者行双源64层螺旋CT血管成像,采用多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)等多种图像后处理技术,结合原始横断面增强图像进行综合分析。结果:47例下肢动脉栓塞患者行双源64层螺旋CT血管成像后均能清楚显示下肢动脉狭窄的情况,20例腔内的血栓清晰地显示,27例下肢动脉显示清晰。结论:双源64层螺旋CTA成像技术作为一种无创性的血管成像方法,具有安全、可靠和独特的优越性,为诊断和治疗下肢动脉栓塞提供了一种精确可靠的无创性检查方法。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the value of dual-source 64-slice spiral CT angiography (CTA) in diagnosis of lower extremity arterial embolization. Methods: 47 patients with suspected lower extremity arterial embolization were evaluated with dual-source 64-slice spiral CT. The multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP) and other image post-processing technology were used in combination with the original cross-sectional imagefor the analysis. Results: The dual-source 64-slice spiral CT could clearly display the degree of lower extremity arterial stenosis in all the 47 patients. The intraluminal thrombus was found by the technology in 20 cases and the lower extremity arteries were displayed clearly in 27. Conclusion: The technique is a noninvasive vascular imaging method. It is safe, accurate, non-invasive and reliable for the diagnosis and of lower extremity arterial embolization.
