四季三黄片中黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱含量的同时测定

目的同时测定四季三黄片中黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相A为2%的三乙胺溶液(用磷酸调节pH=3.0),流动相B为乙腈,二元梯度洗脱,柱温35℃,检测波长263 nm。结果黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱进样量分别在0.112 3～2.246 0μg和0.099 2～1.984μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率黄芩苷为99.24%,盐酸小檗碱为99.88%。结论所用方法结果准确,被测溶液稳定性好,可作为四季三黄片中黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。

Simultaneous Determination of Content of Baiealin and Berberine Hydrochloride in Sijisanhuang Tablets

Objective To determine the content of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Sijisanhuang Tablets simultaneously.Methods The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column and the mobile phase A was 2%triethylamine solution（add phosphoric acid to pH=3.0）and the mobile phase B was acetonitrile and the absorbance at 263 nm was measured.Results In the range of 0.112 3-2.246 0 μg the content of baicalin and in the range of 0.099 2-1.984 μg,the content of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride had good linear relationships with the area of eluted peak,and the recovery rate were 99.24%and 99.88%,respectively.Conclusion This method is accurate and reproducible for determining the content of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Sijisanhuang Tablets.
