灯盏细辛药材的薄层色谱鉴别

摘    要:目的 建立灯盏细辛的薄层色谱鉴别方法.方法 采用适当的提取方法,提取后用薄层色谱法鉴别灯盏细辛中的3,5-2-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸、野黄芩苷、1,3-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、咖啡酸4种成分.结果供试品溶液色谱中,在与对照品溶液或对照药材溶液色谱相应的位置上,均能显示相同颜色的斑点.结论 薄层色谱方法简单、重复性好、专属行强,可对灯盏细辛药材进行定性鉴别.

Abstract:Objective To establish a TLC identification method of Erigeron breviscapus.Methods The proper extraction method was used.After extraction,the four ingredients of 3,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid,scutellarin,1,3-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid and caffeic acid in Erigeron breviscapus were identified respectively by thin-layer chromatography(TLC).Results In the chromatography of sample,the same colored speckles were appeared at the corresponding positions of the control solution or control medicinal material solution.Con...
