我院2007年至2009年口服降糖药应用分析

目的分析医院口服降糖药的应用情况及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量方法,对医院2007年至2009年口服降糖药的销售金额、用药频度等进行统计分析。结果口服降糖药销售金额及所占比例呈逐年上升趋势,其中胰岛素增敏剂增幅较大,促胰岛素分泌剂和α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂上升趋缓。结论该院口服降糖药结构调整明显,胰岛素增敏剂有增长过快的趋势。

Application Analysis on Oral Hypoglycemic Agents in Our Hospital during 2007-2009

Objective To analyze the status and trends of oral hypoglycemic agents application to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods The defined daily dose（DDD） method was adopted to perform the statistical analysis in aspects of the amount of oral hypoglycemic agents,its proportion of sales and DDDs in our hospital during 2007 —2009.Results The amount and percentage of sales in oral hypoglycemic agents showed the increasing trend year by year.Among them,the amount of insulin sensitizer had larger increment amplitude,while the upinsulin secretagogues and α-glucosidase inhibitors rose to slow down.Conclusion The structure regulation of oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital is obvious and insulin sensitizers reveals the trend of excessive growth.
