摘    要:目的 探讨腹主动脉缩窄法模拟压力超负荷大鼠模型的肾脏超微结构改变以及替米沙坦的干预作用.方法 将36只大鼠随机均分成假手术组、腹主动脉缩窄组和替米沙坦+腹主动脉缩窄组,后两组大鼠采用腹主动脉缩窄法复制压力超负荷模型,分别给予不同药物后,通过光镜和电镜观察肾脏组织病理变化.结果 腹主动脉缩窄组和替米沙坦+腹主动脉缩窄组的肾脏超微结构均较假手术组改变明显,但替米沙坦干预大鼠较单纯腹主动脉缩窄大鼠改变轻微.结论 腹主动脉缩窄法模拟压力超负荷大鼠的肾脏超微结构损伤明显,而替米沙坦对损伤肾脏有保护作用.
