经皮黄疸仪的研制与临床应用

摘    要:目的:对新生儿黄疸程度进行判断和动态监测,有利于及时处理、避免胆红素脑病的发生。方法:应用先进的光纤技术、光学技术、电子及信息处理技术。结果:研制了集光、电技术于一体,小巧玲珑,方便操作的QL1200型经皮黄疸仪。结论:该仪器可对新生儿黄疸进行动态监测,是高胆红素血病筛查的专用仪器。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the extent of neonatal jaundice and dynamic monitoring to avoid the occurrence of bilirubin encephalopathy. Methods: Advanced optical fiber technology, optical technology, electronics and information processing technology were applied. Results: We have developed a set of QL1200 transcutaneous jaundice device of optical, electronic technology and integration, small size, easy operation. Conclusion: This device can be used for dymamic monitoring of neonatal jaundice. It is a special device for screening of hyperbilirubinemia.
