| 摘 要： | 目的:对新生儿黄疸程度进行判断和动态监测,有利于及时处理、避免胆红素脑病的发生。方法:应用先进的光纤技术、光学技术、电子及信息处理技术。结果:研制了集光、电技术于一体,小巧玲珑,方便操作的QL1200型经皮黄疸仪。结论:该仪器可对新生儿黄疸进行动态监测,是高胆红素血病筛查的专用仪器。

| Abstract: | Objective： To determine the extent of neonatal jaundice and dynamic monitoring to avoid the occurrence of bilirubin encephalopathy. Methods： Advanced optical fiber technology, optical technology, electronics and information processing technology were applied. Results： We have developed a set of QL1200 transcutaneous jaundice device of optical, electronic technology and integration, small size, easy operation. Conclusion： This device can be used for dymamic monitoring of neonatal jaundice. It is a special device for screening of hyperbilirubinemia. |
