改进留置尿管流程对患者及操作护士的影响

目的 为了提高患者及操作护士的满意度,减少医源性污染,提高护士工作效率。 方法 将398例需留置尿管的患者按随机分组方法分为对照组198例和改良组200例。对照组采用传统方法留置尿管,改良组先将尿管与尿袋连接好后再进行插管。其余方法同传统方法。 结果 改良组患者及护士的满意率、一次性置管成功率均高于对照组,护士操作时间明显少于对照组,医源性污染低于对照组。结论 改进留置尿管方法可有效提高患者及护士满意度,减少医源性污染,提高护士工作效率。

Impact of improved urethral catheterization on patients and nurses

Objective To improve the satisfaction degree of patients and nurses, to reduce the iatrogenic infection and raise work efficiency of nurses. Method 398 patients with urethral catheterization were randomly divided into the control group （n = 198） and the improvement group （n=200）. Traditional urethral catheterization was used in the control group. In the improvement group, ureter and urine bag were connected before inserting, the other steps were as the same as the control group. Result Satisfaction degree of patients and nurses, successful rate of tube indwelling for one time in the improvement group were higher than that in the control group, nurses＇ working hours and rate of iatrogenic infection in the improvement group were lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Improved urethral catheterization can improve the satisfaction degree of the patients and nurses, reduce rate of iatrogenic infection and raise the work efficiency of nurses .
