采用改良膀胱灌注法进行膀胱灌注化疗的护理观察

目的 探讨采用改良膀胱灌注法进行膀胱灌注化疗的效果.方法 随机将60例经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切除术的患者,分为改良组30例和传统组30例,改良组在灌注化疗药液后注入10ml空气,保留尿管,保留药液2h后,将药液引流至引流袋,最后拔除尿管;传统组在膀胱灌注化疗药液后再注入10ml生理盐水拔除尿管,嘱患者保留药液2h后自主排出药液.观察两组化疗药液保留在膀胱内的时间、膀胱刺激症状的情况.结果 改良组93.5%、传统组71.3%的患者药液能保留在膀胱内2h.改良组2.0%的患者出现重度膀胱刺激症状,而传统组为13.3%.结论 采用改良膀胱灌注法可延长药液保留时间,减轻灌注液对膀胱的刺激.

Efficacy of improved bladder perfusion chemotherapy

Objective To study the efficacy of improved bladder perfusion chemotherapy. Methods 60 patients with transurethral resection of bladder tumor, were randomly divided into 2 groups, the improved group （n = 30） and the traditional group （n ~ 30）. The patients in the improved group were injected with 10ml of air after intravesical chemotherapy. Reserved liquid for 2h, the liquid was drainaged to the drainage bag, and removed the catheter. The patients in the traditional group were injected with 10ml of saline after intravesical chemotherapy. Removed the catheter. Reserved liquid for 2h, made the patients urination themselves. Compare the liquid retention time and irritation of the bladder between 2 groups. Results Liquid retention time of 93.5~ of patients in the improved group can reach 2h, while only 71. 3% of patients in the traditional group. ＇The rate of severe bladder irritation in the improved group was 2.0%, but the rate in the traditional group was 13.3 %. Conclusion The improved bladder perfusion chemotherapy can extend liquid retention time, and reduce the stimulation of perfusion fluid to the bladder.
