| Abstract: | Chemiluminescence immunoassay technique is a combination of chemiluminescence with high sensitivity and immunoassay with high selectivity.The technique is widely applied to medical diagnosis,drug analysis,health and quarantine,life sciences and environmental monitoring.This article provides a brief overview of the historical background,basic principles,common luminous object and the features of the chemiluminescent immunoassay. |
