口腔综合治疗台多重人机界面设计

目的:口腔综合治疗台要具有基本的使用功能并满足不同使用人群的特殊需求。方法:以治疗理论为基础,从医护人员、患者和维护人员的人机工程学角度出发进行综合性设计研究。结果:设备采用我国成年男性第5百分位为基础加功能和心理修正量。为满足人群的通用性,相应构件采用可调设计。结论:医护人员注重操作的安全、高效、舒适;病人注重产品外观形态、色彩对人的生理、心理及审美上的情感效应;安装维护人员看重拆装的方便性。

Design of multiple human-engineering interface for dental treatment center

Objective： The dental treatment center should have the basic functions and meet the special needs of different user groups. Methods： Using the therapeutic rationale as the foundation, the comprehensive design of engineering interface was performed from the perspective of doctors, nurses, patients and maintenance staffs. Results： The equipment should use the fifth percentile of adult males. Adding functional and psychological correction, the relevant structure should be designedfor adjust to meet people’s ordinary use. Conclusion： Doctors and nurses focus on operational safety, efficiency and comfortable. Patient focus on emotional effect of products‘ appearance and color’s effect on person＇s physical, psychological, emotional and aesthetic. The maintenance staffs value the convenience of disassembly.
